It ticks my boxes: (1) great location; (2) spacious rooms and bathroom; (3) great gym; (4) fantastic staff (with the exception of a few receptionists).There are however some irritating flaws with the hotel: (1) there are simply insufficient lifts given the sheer size of the hotel, so expect long waits; (2) receptionists are very much hit-or-miss, both in terms of competence and professionalism (in stark contrast to the rest of the hotel staff which are all fantastic); (3) the timing for the Arabic coffee serving in the reception is very random and inconsistent.
